Given their enormous adaptability and rapid assembly, deck roofs are a perfect solution for flat industrial roofs. Each element serves a specific function:

- Resistant Support, deck roofs are composed of a system made up of an INCO 44.4 / INCO 70.4 metallic profile support assembled onto the façade.

- Thermal and Acoustical Insulation, composed of one or more layers on insulating material that controls the different temperatures, impedes thermal loss and avoids the formation of condensation. The use of 150, 175 kg/m3 density rock wool sheets is recommended.

- Auxiliary elements,

• Separator, puncture-proof layerswhich avoid adherence between the system’s different waterproofing layers and the thermal insulation on inverted roofs. They may also be puncture-proof when heavy protective elements are used.
• Steam barrier, a protective membrane that prevents the passage of steam. It is installed beneath the thermal insulation.

- Protection and Finishing,aimed at providing the waterproof membrane with mechanical protection against the effects of circulation, as well as against atmospheric aggressions.

• Light protection, the termination is completed with a sheet coated with mineral grain protection or with an aluminium sheet

• Heavy protection, independent of the waterproofing element and composed of ø 16-32 mm pebbles with a minimum thickness of 50mm. A separating, puncture-proof layer is installed between the waterproofing and the pebbles. Loose gravel can only be used on roofs with a slope of less then 5%.
