Characteristics:The fundamental quality of the coated band is its coating, which is practically free of alloyed sub-layers, i.e., a pure zinc coating with excellent deformation properties. Another characteristic is the union between the iron material and the zinc. This is achieved by means of a layer of Fe-Zn alloy uniformly distributed in the interface between the coating and the steel and which provides the necessary adhesion during subsequent deformation operations.
