Incoperfil presents new profiles for composite slab: INCO 100.3 composite and INCO 100.3 R composite
The new composite slab profiles, with a large edge geometry, represent an important advance in composite slab floor systems. The main advantage they present is a notable increase in the resistant capacity in the execution phase, which allows them to reach high lights and high loads, expanding their construction possibilities.
INCOPERFIL, through the continuous innovation of its products, presents the new collaborator slab profiles INCO 100.3 Composite and INCO 100.3 R Composite. These broaden the range of composite slab profiles currently offered, allowing to obtain a better behavior in loads and at the same time increasing the distances without propping between supports.
PROFILE INCO 100.3 COMPOSITE SLAB
The INCO 100.3 Composite profile with its design gives your project exclusive advantages since it allows separating supports of up to 5 meters without the need for shoring. Thanks to its indentations of patented geometry, it guarantees the joint work between the concrete and the collaborating profile. The 100 mm edge allows high overloads to be supported with a minimum slab edge of 140 mm. The manufacturing thicknesses are: 0.75 mm, 1.00 mm, 1.20 mm and 1.50 mm.
PROFILE INCO 100.3 R COMPOSITE SLAB
The INCO 100.3 R Composite profile with its design gives your project exclusive advantages, guaranteeing high fire resistance with reduced slab edges. Thanks to its indentations of patented geometry, it guarantees the joint work between the concrete and the collaborating profile. The 100 mm edge allows high overloads to be supported with a minimum slab edge of 140 mm. The manufacturing thicknesses are: 0.75mm, 1.00mm, 1.20mm and 1.50mm.
