Description
The INCO 100.3 self-supporting curved roof system allows covering tennis courts in a simple and aesthetic way up to spans of up to 18 meters.
The self-supporting curved roof is a constructive solution in which there is no roof load-bearing structure and where the curved metal profile performs a double function, both as a resistant element and as a roof enclosure.
It is a corrugated metal profile to which a series of equidistant embossments are made to give it the necessary curvature. The geometry of the curved pieces is specially designed to offer an optimal resistance behavior as well as to guarantee the maximum use of the material.
The profile rests directly on the main beams and is fixed to them by means of the necessary fixings depending on the material of the structure. If necessary, the elements necessary to form a sandwich solution 'in situ' will be arranged on the self-supporting profile: omega profiles, insulation and external profile. For all these reasons, it is the lightest and quickest roofing solution on the market.
