Incoperfil curved profiles with intermediate structure can adapt to different radius of curvature depending on the profile, from small radius in the transition of walls to large radius in the case of not very pronounced curvatures. These profiles, which are always arranged on a supporting structure of belts and / or beams due to their variable curvature, work perfectly in combination with laminated wood structures, given the versatility, guarantee and efficiency that this solution offers.
The closing profile is a corrugated metal profile to which a series of equidistant embossments are made to give it the necessary curvature. The geometry of the curved pieces is specially designed to offer an optimal resistance behavior as well as to guarantee the maximum use of the material. Its use on the roof and / or facade allows reaching spans of up to 6-8 m, depending on the curved profile, and in this way optimizing the arrangement of the wooden structure, resulting in more open spaces and with a reduced cost of execution .
In addition, due to the characteristics of the wood and its high load capacity, this structure is one of the lightest on the market for covering large areas. The main applications of this system are constructions with aggressive atmospheric environments, such as swimming pools, as well as sports spaces that require a good aesthetic finish such as sports courts, horse riding, etc.
It is a cover that requires low maintenance, it is available in multiple finishes that allow excellent durability for different environments, which depending on the material can reach up to a 30-year warranty.
Incoperfil's technical department advises the calculator through a Technical Report of the roof profile as justification for the solution adopted. To obtain this report, it is necessary to fill in the following form, which will specify the different checks carried out on the cladding profile and the resulting thickness.
