Building the Bridge "1812 Constitution" or "La Pepa" has had the composite slab system for the construction of the mixed structure with an area of 22,000 m2.
INCOPERFIL has supplied 22,000 m2 of composite slab system, INCO 70.4 composite slab for the second bridge built in the bay of Cadiz. This bridge 5 km long and connects the slums of Rio de Paz and San Pedro is scheduled to open in the first half of 2015.
The bridge consists of a mixed structure of concrete and with trapezoidal base INCO 70.4 composite slab profile. Full bridge structure ranges from 3 m and 8 m in the central section. This bridge with clearance of 69 meters is planning a removable section to leave up to 160 meters in height. It also plans tram over the coming years as its total width is 30 meters.
Due to proximity to the ocean, the composite slab has completed a demanding project specifications both steel quality, always with a structural elastic limit, and protection of the same. The protection comprises a 275 gr zinc / both sides.
